Pay Rate: $17.65-18.65/hr+ $1.50 hourly weekly attendance bonus!

Inspector/Packer has the following responsibilities and duties:


  • Ability to read packing assembly and quality sheets at assigned machine and follow specifications.
  • Retrieve part produced by injection molding machine, including the ability to repeatedly bend and stretch.
  • Ability to visually inspect parts for quality to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Ability to trim excess plastic with the trimmer tool, wipe oil or grease as necessary
  • Ability to label parts as directed by set-up sheet.
  • Ability to make boxes as directed by set-up sheet.
  • Ability to pack parts into boxes as directed by set-up sheet.
  • Ensure that part drops free from machine each cycle.

Pay Rate: $20.65-22.15/hr.

Forklift Operator has the following responsibilities and duties:


  • Loading trucks with company product carefully, but efficiently
  • Ability to visually inspect boxes to ensure no damaged product leaves the warehouse 
  • Operate sit-down forklifts

  • Willing to work a 12-hour shift
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform work at a fast pace.
  • Ability to carry 30-50lbs or more repetitively

Application Process

01 Sign-Up

Getting started is real easy, the first step is to create a Sedona Staffing profile.

02 Interview

After creating a Sedona Staffing profile you will be asked to complete an interview and some necessary paperwork to determine your employment eligibility with Sterilite.   

03 Overview + Tour

Once shortlisted for a position at Sterilite you will be asked to participate in a Job Overview + Plant tour at Sterilite's facility. After the tour, if selected for employment, you will start full time work. Please review "Tour Prep." before arriving.

Additional Information

Interested in a position? Here is some added information.

  • Sterilite works in 12 hours shifts
  • Work schedule requires you to work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week.   
  • This is a non-smoking facility.  
  • You will have paid breaks but you are not allowed to leave the plant during your shift.
  • Vending machines are available and take cash/debit/credit.  
  • Headphones, airpods and earbuds are not allowed.
  • Dress code: Jeans, t-shirt, tennis shoes closed heels - closed toes. Shorts are allowed (knee length). No sleeveless shirts, very loose and long shirts must be tucked in and no inappropriate words or logos can be sworn. No yoga pants or spandex.
