Terms and Conditions

As a Sedona Staffing Inc. Associate, you may have the opportunity to earn extra money by referring new individuals to our team.

• Referring Sedona Staffing Associate (individual completing the form) must be actively on assignment for Sedona Staffing, Inc.

• Referral Bonus Form must be submitted on or before the date the referred applicant registers with Sedona Staffing Inc.

• The referred applicant (the individual you are referring) must be a first-time applicant or a former associate who has never worked through Sedona Staffing

• The referred applicant must create a Sedona Staffing profile within 30 days of you submitting the Referral Bonus Form.

• The referred applicant must work a minimum of 100 consecutive hours within 4 weeks of their assignment start date.

The referral bonus will be paid out the next pay period once the referred Associate meets the above eligibility requirements. Sedona Staffing Inc. reserves the right to end the program at any time and reserves the right to make final determination of eligibility. The referral bonus may be subject to taxation. There is no limit or cap on the number of referrals an Associate can submit. If two Associates refer the same candidate, the bonus will be paid out to the Associate who referred the candidate first.
