A leading agricultural equipment company is seeking a Service Manager for its Platteville, WI location. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in a growing organization. The Store Service Manager will report to the Store Manager and oversee day-to-day service operations while ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support and communication to retail and internal customers
  • Assign technicians based on skills and job requirements
  • Create and manage work orders to optimize parts usage and labor efficiency
  • Make warranty decisions and process warranty claims
  • Communicate policies, procedures, and company updates to the team
  • Schedule and oversee training to meet service standards
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely, satisfactory manner
  • Partner with suppliers to support product improvements and R&D
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in a similar service management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for agricultural equipment and customer service
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience preferred
