Client Experience Representative (Call Center)
Location:  Waco, TX
Pay:   $17.00/ hr  
Schedule:   Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM

Job Summary:
Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused  Client Experience Representative  to join our call center team. This role will focus exclusively on processing payments, updating bank information, and maintaining accurate personal information on insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history and a desire for long-term, permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Update and maintain bank information for policyholders.
  • Assist customers in updating their personal details on their insurance policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial and personal information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates.
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, finance, or insurance-related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and data management.
  • A stable work history and a strong desire for long-term employment.
