Job Title:   Customer Service Health Insurance Assistant
Shift:  9 AM – 5 PM  Monday - Friday
Job Location:   Clinton, Iowa
Compensation:    $14.00 - $15.00 without license, $$ increases with license
                         ( Company will pay for you to get certified and grow with them )
 
Job Summary for Customer Service Health Insurance Assistant : 
We are seeking a highly motivated Medical  Customer Service Assistant.  You will play a crucial role in assisting customers with scheduling and solving timelines for their health insurance needs, providing and delivering exceptional service.   Must have experience working with medical insurance and understand the terminology.
 
Responsibilities for Customer Service Health Insurance Assistant:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Proven experience in customer service/ worked in an office setting
  3. Some understanding of health insurance plans, policies, terminology and regulations
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions
  6. Must pass a criminal background check
