Pay/Salary: $     $60,000-$80,000 per year
Hours of Work:      M-F 8am-5pm

Overview:
Crouch Staffing is  seeking a dynamic  Bilingual Inside Sales Representative   fpr  an international company . This entry-level role supports the sales process by managing incoming inquiries, identifying new sales opportunities, and conducting market research. Based in Waco, TX, this position offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research target customers and market segments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Initiate cold calls and emails to uncover sales potential.
  • Meet quarterly milestones and close sales deals.
  • Analyze accounts and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to advance the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospects and activities in the CRM system.
  • Conduct product demos to prospects and close deals.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an inside sales role.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and web presentation tools.
