Customer Support  for an Automotive Product

Location: San Diego - North County Inland
Employment Type: Potential Temp to Hire
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Customer Service -  Respond ing  to customers politely and attentively  in a Corp Office Clerical environment .  
  • Provide determination of customer needs  to  resolve or route call appropriately.
  • Document  into Company System -  all inquiries  and updates  received .
  • Assist customers with product content questions  - For an automotive product .
  • On the Phone more than half the day handling Customer inquiries/Customer Service Calls.
R equirements Include:
  • Must be a Skilled Auto Technician or related ready to transition into the Clerical Office Space with the ability to provide Customer Service via Phone re: an Automotive Product.
  • H igh school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Overtime  possibly after training.
  Compensation:    $2 2 .00  - $24.00  Hr.  - DOE
