Reponsibilities
:
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes .
- Performs clerical duties such as emailing, handling paperwork, filing, and making phone calls .
- Screens applications and works with the Director of Human Resources, the Corporate Recruiter, and Hiring Managers to select qualified candidates .
- Help maintain the department’s high degree of organization and efficiency
- Schedules interviews for the hiring team .
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and Vice Presidents as required/requested .
- Works with the Director of Human Resources, Corporate Recruiter, and Workforce Planning and Community Outreach Manager to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization .
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies .
- Responsible for assisting with applicant documentation and retention .
- Attends and participates in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and other career events .
- Communicates and responds to applicants in a timely manner giving them position updates .
- Assists with creating job offers, scheduling pre-hire requirements, and onboarding .
- Performs customer service functions by answering applicant requests and questions .
- Collaborate with Human Resource team to carry out streamlined onboarding and orientation processes .
- Performs other duties as assigned .
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or Business r elated f ield required, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business related field preferred.
- 1-5 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination of e ducation and experience.
- Ability to analyze data and have strong attention to detail.
