Terms and Conditions

This Referral program is ONLY active for Sedona Staffing Associates at our Moline, IL location.
You must be actively on assignment for Sedona Staffing, Inc. in order to receive the referral bonus ($100)!
In order for you, the referring Sedona Staffing Associate, to receive the referral bonus, the applicant (the individual you are referring), must:
Be a first time applicant.
Work a minimum of 100 consecutive hours within 4 weeks of their assignment start date.
The applicant (the individual you are referring), must create a Sedona Staffing profile within 7 days of you submitting the above form.
Referral bonus gets paid out the next pay period once the referred Associate meets the three above eligibility requirements.
Sedona Staffing, Inc. reserves the right to end the program at any time and reserves the right to make final determination of eligibility.
The referral bonus may be subject to taxation.
There is no limit or cap on the number of referrals an individual can submit.
If two associates refer the same candidate, the bonus will be paid out to the associate who referred the candidate first.
