Decorah, IA-Onsite Position
 
Sedona Staffing Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Account Manager to join our team in Decorah, IA. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating our staffing needs, while partnering with our clients to ensure we have the right talent in place. What you get to do:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective strategies to fulfill those needs.
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
  • Coordinate the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external hiring companies and other talent sources.
  • Provide timely updates and assistance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
 
 
What we’d like you to bring to the table:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
