CUSTOMER SERVICE – SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
 
Location:    Near Rancho Bernardo
Potential Temp to Hire
 
REPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
 
  • Provide excellent Customer Service via Phone with existing Clients.
  • Handles inbound  Client  support calls addressing Social Media services.
  • Managing the Social Media presence of Clients for Website – Face   Book – Instagram and other Social Media Sites.
  •   Perform outbound calls for follow up to provide services.
  • Work  with Clients to determine  Social Media  needs to maximize ROI.
  • Understand the  software solution  to complete registration and install extraction utilities – As required.
  • Helping the Clients Repair Shop put a Social Media Plan together.
  • Maintain Client Satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
 
  • Experience  working in  a  Fast Paced – High Volume C all  C enter  for a minimum  of     2 + Years.
  • Ability to work in a very structured environment.
  • Needs to understand  Social Media  from a business standpoint and the social media tools  a business would use to grow their business. business would use to grow their business.
  • Social Media /Marketing experience  or knowledge .    
  • Understanding  Social Media ,  and the benefits customers gain by using it to reach out to new and existing customers .
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Solid Microsoft Office Skills – Word – Excel and Outlook at a minimum.    Good k nowledge of Facebook functionality  as well as other Social Media sites.
 
Compensation :    $20-$22.00
