Job Title: Material Handler (1st   Shift)
Location:   Waco, TX 
Pay Rate:  Starting at $15.0 0/ hr , increasing to $17.00 / hr  after 90 days upon permanent hire.
Shift Hours:  Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled  Material Handler  with prior forklift experience to join our  3rd  shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing materials within our facility, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining safety standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
  • Move raw materials, finished products, and other items to designated areas.
  • Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of materials.
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing, organizing, and cleaning.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures.
 
Qualifications:
  • Forklift experience is required  (certification is a plus).
  • Ability to lift up to 50  lbs  and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift hours.
  • Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred.
