Job Title :  Maintenance 
Shift:  1 st , Fulltime   
Job Location:  Moscow, IA    
   
Compensation:  
The pay rate for this position is:  
   
  •        Pay Rate:  $17+  Depending on Experience  
   
Responsibilities:  
Maintenance  has the following responsibilities and duties:  
   
  •        Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.   
  •        Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation. 
  •        Dismantle machinery and remove/ replace defective parts.     
  •        Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.     
  •        Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications. 
  •        Using and maintaining landscaping equipment such as mowers, and snow removal equipment. 
  •        Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions. 
   
Requirements:   
Maintenance  should have the following skills, education, and experience:  
   
  •        Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment 
  •        In-depth knowledge of systems maintenance       
  •        Ability to lift and move heavy equipment. 
  •        Previous work experience as an industrial maintenance technician. 
  •        Excellent troubleshooting skill.
  •        Ability to work and follow instructions and work independently. 
  •        Mechanical or maintenance degree preferred.
