Set up Technician
Cuba City, WI 
Up to $21 /hr 
3rd shift- 11pm-7am  

Job Description:  
  • Perform daily mold setups and process adjustments in a safe and timely mater.  Work directly with lead Technician and Supervisor to maintain best manufacturing practices.
  • Perform an initial startup on a new production run after mold sets are complete.
  • Work on processes to improve production efficiencies and reduce high scrap rates.
  • Research problems with equipment and tooling and take corrective action.
  • Perform daily rounds
  • Set-up and changeover of equipment used for performing secondary operations at the molding machines
  • Set mold and start jobs according to standard procedures as instructed by supervisor or upper management.
 Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED);
  •  Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to perform basic math skills
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Ability to work on feet all shift
