Janitor
 
Shift:   1 st  Shift ,  Monday-Friday
Hours : 20-30 hours per week
Location:   I owa
Compensation:   $ 15/ hr
 
We, Sedona Staffing Moline as the employer, are  recruiting   a   Janitor   position  at  a   local  Property Management Group.
 
Job Duties:
  • Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls.
  • Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
  • Empty  trash  and recycling bins.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  • Vacuum, sweep and mop floors .
  • Dust  furniture and  fixtures.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms .
  • Washing and cleaning of windows and mirrors.
 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (or GED) .
  • Valid Drive r’s l icen se .  
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge  of various cleaning products and when to use them.
  • Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and  lift  up   to 20 pounds.
