Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Location:   Waco, TX 
Pay Rate:  $16.75 - $17.25/ hr  DOE 
Shift Hours:  
  • Training Schedule:  5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
  • Regular Schedule (Post-Training):  11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented  Quality Control (QC) Inspector  to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet established quality standards before they leave the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections on products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Identify and report non-conformities or defects to the appropriate personnel.
  • Work closely with production teams to address quality issues.
  • Follow established protocols to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to the training schedule.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
