Cost Engineer
Shift:   1 st   Shift
Job   Location:   Moscow, IA
Compensation:   Depending on experience
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to   create   forecasts about the cost of a project.
  • Create estimation reports.
  • Interact   with   the engineering team, procurement, quality, manufacturing, marketing and suppliers.  
  • Anticipate potential risks and develop preventative solutions.  
  • Identify costs and overall budget.  
  • Calculate part prices and tooling investments, both in new projects and support projects   currently in progress.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues.  
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s   degree with 3~5 years working   experience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (excel, word)
  • Must be process oriented with strong analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen with a strong willingness to learn operational and strategic business issues
