We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Production/Line Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production line during the 2nd shift. You will operate machinery and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a small team of production employees on the 2nd shift.
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with leadership responsibilities.
- Previous CNC Machine Operating or mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery operation, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours and occasional overtime as required.
