CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - FULL TIME – TELECOMMUTE
Remote but must live in the greater San Diego area to be considered.
Location: REMOTE - Must live in the greater San Diego area
Long Term: Potential Temp to Hire
Hours: Monday-Friday First Shift ~ 8a - 5p – TBD
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Answer, research, and resolve internal and external inquiries via phone, e-mail, or fax
- Monitor various inboxes to ensure that all documents are processed established deadlines
- Provide callers with product knowledge and guidance as required
- Calmly de-escalate upset callers and resolve complex matters
- Note and update systems for all calls and correspondence
- Support other departments, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- 1+ year working in a Customer Service Call Center
- Bilingual Spanish – Highly Preferred
- Remote Experience - Preferred
- Strong grammar, communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
- 1+ year working in a Customer Service Call Center
- A warm, approachable manner with passion for customer service
- One year of customer service experience in a remote/fast-paced call center environment
- Experience in one of following: vehicle parts retail, vehicle mechanical repairs or inspections, vehicle service contract/auto insurance/GAP claims
- Experience using MS Outlook, MS Excel, Zoom, and Slack
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Have or acquire High Speed Cable Internet (Connect via Ethernet, not Wi-Fi)
COMPENSATION:
$18.00 - $19.00 DOE
