Oil Change Technician
📍  Location:  Waco, TX
🕒  Schedule: Monday-Friday (3 days: 7 AM - 6 PM, 2 days: 7 AM - 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch)
🔄  Rotating Saturdays: 8 AM - 1 PM
💵  Pay: $15.00/ hr  + Flag Hour Bonus ($3-$6 extra per hour on average)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated  Oil Change Technician  to join our team! This position offers full-time hours with overtime opportunities, plus additional earnings through a flag hour bonus. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working in the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform  oil changes  and  oil filter replacements
  • Inspect and replace  tire sensors
  • Rotate and balance tires
  • Replace  wiper blades
  • Check and replace  cabin and engine air filters
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including taking out the trash
Compensation Details:
💰   Base Pay:  $15.00/hour
⏳   Overtime Pay:  $22.50/hour (after 40 hours)
🚗   Flag Hour Bonus:  Additional $10/hour for 3-6 extra hours per week
💵   Estimated Weekly Earnings:
  • Without Flag Hours:  $780-$892.50/week
  • With Flag Hours:  $840-$952.50/week
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in  oil changes  or  automotive maintenance  is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a  fast-paced  environment and perform  physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and  customer service skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including  rotating Saturdays
