Inside Sales with Customer Service  
 
Location:  Near Rancho Bernardo
Long Term potential Temp to Hire

Responsibilities Include:

  • Inside Sales over the phone selling a specific marketing related service to mostly existing Clients.  Warm calls 
  • Process and follow-up on all leads in a timely manner.
  • Track results of all leads.
  • Become product experts on all products and services.
  • Actively participate in meetings involving product planning, development, sales, and support and marketing activities when requested.
  • May support other programs and initiatives.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned  
  • Uses Spin Selling techniques
Requirements Include:

  • No prior sales experience is necessary, but MUST Have a passion for developing a career in Sales
  • High school degree or equivalent 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and various projects concurrently 
  • Highest degree of character, honesty, personal responsibility and accountability
  • Must have a “Can-do” attitude and doesn’t give up and open to coaching up.
  • Computer literate in a wide range of information systems and business applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and account management software.
  • Strong communication skills
Compensation:  ~ $20 Hr. with significant  Commission potential
