Job Title:  Production Worker
Location:  McGregor, TX
Work Hours:  Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate:  $19.00/ hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our team in McGregor, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading lightweight materials onto an assembly line in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to maintain production flow.
Responsibilities:
  • Place lightweight materials onto the assembly line quickly and accurately
  • Maintain a steady pace to meet production goals
  • Monitor the assembly line to ensure smooth operation
  • Communicate any issues with equipment or materials to the supervisor
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
