WAGE: $13.16/HOUR
HOURS: 1ST SHIFT- up to 20 hours per week

Sedona Staffing is looking for an Installation Assistant!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Installation Laborer to join our team. The Installation Laborer will assist in the installation of various materials and systems on job sites, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are adhered to. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical stamina, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation of construction materials, equipment, and fixtures as per the project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain job sites, including clearing debris and setting up tools and equipment.
  • Follow installation instructions provided by foremen or supervisors.
  • Carry, lift, and move materials and tools to and from the work area.
  • Operate and maintain tools and machinery safely 
  • Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Assist in performing basic measurements, cutting, and fitting materials as necessary.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor issues during installation.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in construction or installation labor is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good physical condition and stamina for long hours of labor.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a good work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
