Position Overview:
Sedona Staffing Services in Waco, Temple and Killeen is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to work for one of our amazing Killeen area client companies! This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients via phone and email. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
Engage with clients via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting with their needs.
- Language Skills:
Utilize fluency in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive high-quality service. Utilize fluency in English to assist English-speaking clients.
- Conflict Resolution:
Handle challenging calls and difficult situations with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Communication Channels:
Respond to client inquiries and concerns through both phone and email, ensuring consistent and timely support.
- Software Proficiency:
Learn and effectively navigate software systems to document client interactions, enter accurate information, and maintain organized records. Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency is required.
- Real-time Data Entry:
Multitask by entering information into the system while conversing with clients on the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Learning and Growth:
Stay updated on our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and improve customer interactions.
- Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members to relay messages, provide updates, and ensure a unified approach to customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Proficiency:
Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Customer Focus:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle a diverse range of clients and challenging situations.
- Adaptability:
Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective phone and email support.
- Problem Solving:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in resolving customer concerns.
- Organization:
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Team Player:
Ability to collaborate within a team and also work independently as needed.
- Experience:
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree a plus.
