MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Onsite in Earlville, IA
1st shift hours, Monday-Thursday, 5-3:30pm
Pay based on experience
 
Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
  • Implement preventative maintenance measures
  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
  • Complete inspections of offices and laboratories with Maintenance Manager
  • Perform other maintenance duties as requested
 
Required Experience/Skills:
  • Prior Facility/Building Maintenance experience preferred.
  • Must be able to operate hand/power tools and other maintenance equipment
  • Must be able to read tape measurer
  • Must be able to frequently stretch or bend to access equipment/objects in need of repair
  • Must be able to walk and stand throughout shift
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push/pull objects weighing up to 50lbs
  • Steel Toe Shoes/Boots required. Must use all PPE as required.
