Marketing Specialist

Onsite – Dubuque, IA

Part Time – 20 hours / week (Flexible work schedule)

Wage: Based upon experience

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Professional to join our team in Dubuque, IA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to the growth of our agency and branches.

What you get to do (in a snap-shot):

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our staffing services and brand.
• Brainstorm and assist to develop new sales strategies to attract and engage new clients and talent
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Create engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Support marketing activities for multiple locations
• Planning of events for our company
• Attend and represent company at community job fairs and events

What we’d like you to bring to the table:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. (preferred)
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
• Ability to juggle marketing activities for 11 locations / branches
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
