Direct Hire Opportunity
San Diego, CA
40  Hr  Scheduled weeks – Monday - Friday
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
  • Works directly with the   Outreach  Team  promot ing  resources to diverse and vulnerable populations in the San Diego  area.   
  • Assist in researching and following up with the action on  various  program matters .
  • Frequently interact ing  with people with diverse racial, cultural, and economic backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual identities.
  • Going to various off-site locations to deliver presentations and with community involvement.
  • Presenting programs and information to various groups to promote the programs – using  Powerpoints .
  •   Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Customer Service via Phone.
  • Data Entry and documentation  into the record-keeping system in a timely manner .
  • Attend all program meetings and training as needed.
 
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
  • Bilingual Spanish-Required.
  • Must  be able to p repare exhibits, brochures, flyers, posters, and other materials for presentation s .
  • Must have  Powerpoint  Skills with the ability to create presentations.
  • Word – Excel and Outlook knowledge.
  • Will work closely      with community members in promoting events and outreach activities .
  • Conduct community outreach workshops  and  meetings .                      
  • Represents program  and company in a professional manner.   
  • Knowledge  or  familiarity with  community involvement issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Must have a  flexible,  pro-active  approach to work .  
  • Ability to  Multi task  – prioritize  work  and work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality .  
  • Act in a  professional manner .
Compensation :    ~ $ 21  Hr
