Job Title: Production Machine Operator
Location:   Waco, TX
Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:  $16.00 per hour (with opportunities for pay to increase upon permanent hire)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our team. As a Production Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and contributing to the overall success of our production team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Machine Operation:  Operate and maintain production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  2. Quality Control:  Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, making necessary adjustments to ensure that products meet specifications.
  3. Troubleshooting:  Identify and address issues with machinery, making adjustments or repairs as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  4. Production Efficiency:  Work to achieve production targets and deadlines, maintaining a high level of efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
  5. Documentation:  Accurately record production data and maintain detailed logs of machine operations.
  6. Safety Compliance:  Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  7. Collaboration:  Work closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any production-related challenges.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience:  Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
  2. Mechanical Aptitude:  Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical processes.
  3. Attention to Detail:  Ability to consistently produce high-quality work with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Communication Skills:  Effective communication within the team and a willingness to take direction from supervisors.
  5. Physical Stamina:  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects as required.
  6. Tape Measure:  The ability to read a tape measure is highly preferred
