Dispatcher with Customer Service  
 
Location:  Near Miramar
Potential Long Term Temp to Hire
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
 
  • Handling Dispatch responsibilities.
  • Scheduling the Appointments for Dispatchers
  • Responsible for providing top notch Customer Service to their valued customers. Respond/react to Client issues ensuring their needs are met. 
  • Provides optimum customer service over the phone and via Email.   
  • Scheduling of appointments and detailed tracking.
  • Dispatching appropriate Team Members to address each individual circumstance.
  • Handles and coordinates emergency alerts.
  • Documentation / Data Entry.
 
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: 
 
  • 1+ Years of Prior Dispatch experience- With scheduling.
  • 2+ Years of Prior Customer Service experience.
  • Must have the ability to multitask with high attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills- Both written and verbal.
  • Must have strong computer skills. 
 
COMPENSATION:   DOE – In the $21.00 - $23.50 Hr. range
