Job Title: Stiffener Welders
Shift: 2nd shift
Job Location: Sterling, Illinois
Compensation:   $21.00 starting

Job Summary:  Employee will use stiffener plates to weld both the flange and web of column to strengthen product.
*** Looking for LIFELONG employees ****

Responsibilities:
  • Will have experience welding, preference given if worked with stiffener plates, web of beams or endplates. 
  • Will be proficient at reading blue-prints
  • Mechanical aptitude must be strong
Requirements: 
  • Drug Screen required
  • Will wear welding gear while demonstrating welds
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
