Job Title :   Assemblers    (  No experience required)           Several needed on each shift   
Shift:   1 st     shift  (6:30 AM –  2:30) and    2 nd     shift (  3 : 0 0   PM  – 11:00 PM  ) 
Job Location:  Maquoketa, IA
Compensation:
  • $ 15.50 and  1 6 .50 per hour    
  • $ 200 hire on bonus available after 30 days  ( if  absent 1 day or less )
  • Decision to hire permanent will be made at 30  days
  • If hired direct - $.50 per hour raise
Job Summary:   Employee will assemble different sized gravity flow systems by using small hand tools and manual hand movements.    These are not hard to learn, but do required repetition, standing and good hand dexterity.
Responsibilities:
  • Turn/ Twist small screws and bolts to assemble product
  • Operate overhead drills and electric screwdrivers
  • Load, count and pack product
Requirements:
  • Good Attendance,  motivation  and a positive attitude  
  • Transportation to  Maquoketa   facility
  • Criminal background check
  • Drug and alcohol test
  • Employee will go through safety orientation and harassment  training
