Technical Support Representative
 
 
Long Term Temp to Hire Opportunity
North County Inland
 
Responsibilities  Include :
 
  • P rovide technical support to customer base on a  computer-based  management  system s . 
  • Respond  to Clients  via telephone, email, written and remote computer communication regarding installation, operation and maintenance of PC based  software and  system.
  • Document accurately and completely all product-related problems in an electronic call tracking system .  
  • Maintain through and current knowledge of PC based software, hardware and industry trends.
  • Professionalism
  • Additional duties and special projects  as  assigned .     .
     
 
Requirements  Include : 
 
  • Bilingual Spanish or French – Required
  • T wo +  years of college, technical school training or previous job experienc e -  required.
  • One+  year phone support experience for PC software and hardware  and  working with PC hardware, and Microsoft operating system.
  • Two+ Years e xperience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and windows-based software applications is required. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft network systems is required. 
  • Good communication skills both  written and oral
     
Compensation:     ~ $2 3  Hr .
